The farmhouse is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay.

Welcome pack

You will receive a welcome pack on arrival with some treats to start your holiday the right way. There will also be a limited number of dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and washing up liquid but please bring your own additional essentials for longer stays.

Kitchen  

Our beautiful country kitchen includes a large wooden dining table and seating for up to 10 people (additional chairs available), a large double oven, two fridges, a freezer and even the farmhouse’s original walk-in cold room, allowing lots of space to keep food and drinks cool. You’ll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer combo, plus ironing board and iron. Baby highchair available.

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you’d need for your three meals a day, including cutlery, egg cups, china, glasses, pots, pans, bowls, chopping boards, cheese grater, garlic press, microwave, toaster, a dishwasher, a kettle, tea towels and washing up cloths. There is also a selection of plastic cups and plates for children and for outdoor use. 

Lounges

The farmhouse has two lounge areas, both with Smart TVs and DVD players. In the front lounge, there is a good selection of DVDs, games and books for adults and children to use while you stay.

Washrooms

There are three washrooms in the farmhouse, plus an outside WC. Downstairs you will find a WC and shower room and upstairs the family bathroom boasts a stunning roll-top bath and a very large walk-in shower. The master bedroom has its own WC and shower. All are equipped with liquid hand soaps and toilet tissues but do bring extra for longer stays. Each guest has their own bath towel, hand towel and face cloth in their rooms. We can provide a baby bath on request in advance.

Boot room

Our boot room, at the back of the farmhouse, leads in from the patio and is the perfect place to leave coats and wellies after those long country walks. There is a sink too so you can clean up if you need to.

Bedrooms

Each of our bedrooms have been individually designed and are all suitable for both adults or children. Fresh bed linen and towels will be awaiting guests. Please note there is no change of linen or towels during weekend or week long stays. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cold room should you need them.  Please advise us in advance if you require the use of our travel cot. The farmhouse sleeps 10 in its bedrooms with the option of an extra two people sleeping in the lounge’s sofa bed. 

Outside

Our back patio boasts a six person hot tub (separate hot tub towels are provided per person), dining table for up to 10 people, deck chairs, a large parasol, a family BBQ and a large artificial grass area with a children’s trampoline (no adults please!) and children’s table and chairs. We also have a large selection of outdoor games available including a badminton set, boules, swing ball and giant games including Connect 4 and Jenga. You’ll find these in the boot room.

Parking 

We have ample parking outside the farmhouse – enough for up to 10 cars.
